Magellan Service Yearly Service Contracts are in response to customers requiring immediate service support to keep their production going. Included with the purchase of a yearly Service Contract is an initial visit to assess the condition of the machine and to make adjustments/repairs as required. Then, during the course of the year, should a problem arise we will provide expert diagnostic support over the phone. Should the problem not be resolved within a reasonable time period, we will dispatch the next available service engineer to your location to make repairs as required.
